pinto tuning

I am looking for a recomendation for a company (s) that tune pinto engines successfully, I am thinking of getting the head to stage 3 are there any set things are done to the head that differ from one company to another I have bought vizards book and hammills book but they do all the work themselves would balancing the bottom end prove to be worth while, by the way I am going to fit 40's or 45's aiming to get 150 bhp from 2 litres any ideas please!
