Which Clutch release bearing do I need

So the build is coming along and im hoping to have in engine in place soon. I'm using a 1300 cross flow with four speed type 3 box but I'm not sure which bearing I need as I'm not sure what the engine was originally from. Or should I be matching the bearing to the box rather than the engine?
