Is that a statement? Is it very noisy?

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Bellows on my Mondeo V6 concentric slave has rotted, it was packed in its original packing and apart from the bellows it all works as it should.
Any ideas on how I can replace it,

If this is for your kit then I wouldn't worry about it, it's not like they get the use & weather abuse that you get with a tintop. Even if it's for a tintop, how long are you l;ikely to be keeping it, I'd have thought there's a few years use there anyway?

Probably not worth worrying for limited use, but, you might be able to fab something using motorcycle fork gaiters..

Is the slave cylinder already fitted and can you access it without removing removing the gearbox?

If so can you not get hold of replacement bellows and fit them. Even if you have to split the hydraulic line, re-connect, refill and bleed?

If not I'd be inclinded to remove any loose/offending bits of the rotten bellows and leave it be. Limited use car it should be fine for quite some time to come. If it's not you'll have to get your hands dirty and replace the bellows later in the year when you're using the car less.
