Seeing as no-one answered I can be as vague as I like
Last one I heard was all 8 valves recutting with hardened inserts for £40, this was a "mates rates" job and a couple of years ago too. Gawd knows what it'd cost "with a receipt"...

I ran an 'unleaded' head for a while but it was an early one with small chambers in it so I changed it for a 'leaded' one with a flat 'chamber' and now use castrol valve master. The head came with the engine (£150) so I don't know the cost, but I think it's around £20-30 per cyl.

UnitWise in Redditch quoted me 80 pounds for X-flow head conversion. I haven't stripped mine yet, so don't know whether or not it needs rebore etc (its been reconned anyway).

Sounds about right. I have a quote of £60 for exhaust or £120 for inlet as well. £34 for head skim and check for seal around valves.

Don't bronze inserts stop the car being legal for the 750MC formula?
