Noise level from standard Mk Blade Exhaust

Does anybody know the noise level from a standard Mk Blade exhaust. I have a track day booked and the limit is 105 dB. When SVa'd it was 101 db at 5k.

What rev's do people use for track day static tests?

I showed 102db @7500rpm at Castle combe in august, car is a factory built Stuart Taylor Blade with what seems like a worn out silencer at the mo! you should be OK i would have thought, 105db is quite loud!

Cheers, at the moment the exhaust (redline race can) can be heard about 1 mile away. Will have to change to old Mk one then for track day

Noise

IIRC ours is a ST exhaust via MK. At SVA first test showed 104Db at 7850rpm when clogging it, it would surely exceed 105Db.

Maybe a bit of packing would come in handy...

You didnt mention the twenty minutes of hammering, shaping and of course the cursing .Mainly about the plonker doing the emissions tests admittedly!
