repackable silencer?
Please can some one advise if this is a repackable silencer,..
I only ask as the car is so loud

Fisher Fury was 2000 Zetec - now a 1600 (it Lives again  and goes zoom)

Yes. Drill out the rivets around the circumference of the can and pull the end off. Should the be able to remove the wadding and repack with new
stuff.

Thank you. I was rather hoping that was the case .

Don't forget to use some decent blind stainless rivets, and silicon sealant at the joint. Also make sure the perforated tube is in reasonable
condition and fits tightly, or it'll rattle.
I'll be in the garage dear!
