Evening all.
Using a redtop with a manta big wing sump etc and wanted to know if the baffle plate needs to be used? Car will be used just for road use.

It's a good idea if it'll fit, I couldn't get mine to fit on my turbo engine with the sump I was using. Doesn't seem to cause any issues but would of preferred to have had it fitted if i could

Do I need to add the ARP bolts etc as I will just be running in "standard" N/A trim (R1 carbs) and don't intend to be pushing it high on the revs?

Also, are there any other gaskets or seals to be changed whilst the sump is off?

Replied to you U2U As well, but just incase other people are reading:

If you got the bolts or want to fit them just incase its worth doing. Accidental overrev etc.

There's isnt really anything else there to replace. Unless your removing the engine, then do crank seals. You could change pickup pipe O-Ring if you really wanted too.
