Xflow valve oil seals with double springs

Hi, the valve oil seals I have that came with a top-end gasket set are too large for my head

The inner springs take up the space usually reserved for the seals, I have a photo showing the standard seal (large) and the old seals (that fit)(small one) IMAGE HERE

Can anyone tell me what I need to order or would it be best to go to my local engineering place and ask them ?

Cheers in advance

You should use 1275 mini stem seals with the double spring assembly.

just to reply, got some valve seals for a 1275 A series from my local engineering place no problem.

Also got new piston rings, set of main bearing shells, new crank thrust washers and a bottom-end gasket set. Got the lot for £90

Friday afternoon and my patented "I don't need a receipt (wink)" speech and everything became much cheaper with no VAT either

Chuffed.

Just for interest sake, what double valve springs can you use from an existing car?

I bought Kent ones for around R500 from a performance shop here in SA. (imported from UK)

cheers
