Just mulling ideas over for flooring of another project, I was thinking about honeycomb materials, about 20mm thick, aluminium covered Aluminium Honeycomb, Kevlar Honeycomb, or even aluminium covered foam board, any suggestions as to where I may be able to get some that dosent need me to buy 10 sheets

Check out your local AALCO depot, as they do GRP panels and offer an aluminium equivalent too.
