From looking around Haynes don't seem to do a workshop manual for a ZX12r ?? Can anyone recommend another one, will really need a good wiring diagram. Thanks in advance
Try the Kawasaki forums. They have plenty of ZX PDF manuals for most variants.
do a search on here, one of the threads has a link to the official ZX12r manual, do selective printing, I only printed the bits relevant to the engine/electrics etc and its still over 2 inches thick !
I got a workshop manual in cd form off eBay only a few quid
Just put some files (manual/wiring)on Dropbox
Try the link, you should see some files I have upload, not sure if if works yet. 1st time I have used Dropbox like this.

You need the Kwak service manual. It is full of useful diagrams , tests and info. Ss above, got mine on cd from ebay for a couple of quid.
