Engine Bay
johnemms - 28/7/11 at 09:57 AM

After concidering selling up - I have watched others sell and have felt their loss....
Inspired by warmer weather and ruthless trips to the rubish tip I now have my garage back!!
My engine bay is finished !!
Next I will be spryaing the front side panels..
Then I can assemble the front end engine box etc..etc...

Just like to say thanx to this forum and all who sail in her
I'm absolutly sure I could not finish without this site..
It's been a long journey so far..

Any one who manages to finish one of these cars is a 'true Hero' and a 'proper bloke'..

Respect to all car builder here

I am in the same boat, I have been in a Caterham at a show buts thats it. Been building for 2 years now and I am still a long way off. This site is pretty amazing and I COULD NOT have built/building a kitcar without it. Personally I think that this website is by far the biggest contributor to the kitcar industry

In a word?? YES!

Seriously! Go out and take advantage of Caterhams' test drive prorams. Even pay gasp! money, if you must.
Then Sit in your chassis and decide what needs ' Fixin''.
Hint: there will be lots :-)
