hi there guys,

are any of you running Polyeurathene suspension bushes on your suspension, what are their benefits? are they worth forking out for?

where can i get them from & how much should i expect to pay?

I have them. But aren't yet fitted to the car. Hopefully it will very soon.

The main advantage is that pollybushes last longer and give a bit more precise ride as pollybushes don't deform as much under heavy cornering loads.

Are we talking about proper polyurethane bushes here or the cheap 30p plastic bushes that most of the kit industry uses and calls polyurethane.

Mine came from Polybush sales@polybush.co.uk They offer a wide range across three stifnesses (I opted for their mid range ones) and it transformed the rear end (Escort live axle with panhard rod). Now the back end feels much more planted and the ride is smoother.
Mine weren't cheap @ c. £13/bush set but well worth the money. Quite honestly the rubber metalastik ones fitted originally were about as good as wading through a bowl of custard.

Those are just more of the same as what most are already using. Have a look at At those mentioned above and Superflex etc. proper polyurethane.
