Just about to start making the interior side panels in the cockpit and boot area.

I don’t want any screw heads showing so I have thought about using the plastic pop on clips that are used to secure car door trims. Has any one used these and did they have a problem getting them to secure through the thicker steel tubes down the sides of the cockpit?

should be alright mate. You can get longer ones than halfords do if they are not long enough.
