Rotrex C15-60 Centrifugal Supercharger Kit

I bought this with the view of fitting it to my 919 blade engine.
However I have since changed my mind and going in a different direction.

So it is up for sale.

It is a full kit which includes;

Centrifugal Supercharger
60mm Pulleys
Toothed drive belt
Machined drive shaft that may be of use?
Steel mounting bracket
Oil reservoir
Magnetic Oil filter
Mocal oil cooler
Hoses
Around 300ml of Rotrex traction fluid
Small Ford (rs turbo?) intercooler

I bought it used. It was fitted to a 945cc blade motor previously and only used for 2 drives!
Since I bought it, it has not been used and sat in the garage.

Would be nice on our Aygo

Matt21 - 30/9/15 at 07:27 PM

Yes, they fit the aygo, one sold on ebay not long ago!

be pretty nippy with around 140bhp!

craig1410 - 30/9/15 at 11:02 PM

Not looking to buy but just wanted to say thanks for highlighting such an interesting piece of technology. I've never come across these units before although I've heard the name. Quite clever the way they work and the efficiency figures quoted are incredible!

I used to own an Aygo as well and this would have been very interesting if fitted! The Aygo is nippy enough with 68 BHP, never mind 120 BHP!

Anyway, sounds like someone should snap this up asap!

Thanks Craig,

Yes they're a very trick bit of kit really!
What makes them appealing to a lot is that its pretty much a standalone set up with its only oil supply, the only link to the engine is for the drive belt and air intake!

I'm kind of wishing I went ahead and got it fitted... just to see what it's actually like then it is running! but maybe later on down the line...

Any offers before I list it on ebay?

Matt21 - 3/10/15 at 04:32 PM

Listed on ebay

If anyone off here wants it, the price would be the same as what I asked for above obviously
