Is anybody doing anything seven related with any of the Ecotec line? Does anyone have dimensional specs on them? Just reading about the the 2007 Solstice 2.0L turbo having 265HP and 260FP. Even the earlier 2.4 & 2.2 supercharged dont sound too shabby. Is this another engine thats too tall for a seven?

I looked into it last year after I found an Astra engine/loom etc on fleabay. But I was told that the electronics for the Ecotec are quite nasty to sort out, so that put paid to that idea.....
Might be different with an aftermarket ECU or twin Webers , but that wasn't an option for Oz because of our regulations.
