Im competing for first time in a couple of years. A few other clios, a few kits and other interesting cars. Is on most of day. Sensible spectators welcome, Free entry, Gate usually locked after 10am but quiet rural road so plenty of parking. Volenteers always welcome helping out if u have the time. Usually a burger van for lunch there.

Can't make it this weekend due to kids football match, but would like to pop along and watch it.

Well its on all day if you get some time free - usually first car at 10, last about 430, course is live all day, just a break for lunch mid way.

Interesting, may be able to get there for a look in the afternoon as footy is a morning activity. At the moment not being able to drive is a PITA as I have to get lifts, but we'll see.

Car was largely unscathed apart from someone who we won't mention running up the bank on her final run and scuffing a rim - good job they're reserved for Solos!
Guy who chopped in his class winning S2000 on Saturday and still won the class in his (almost) new Cayman was a brave person.

I started terribly with two wrong tests on the first course, giving me over a 30 second penalty. I put it down to being rusty as it's been a few years since I last competed.
Course 2,3 and 4 went much better and managed to claw my way back to 2nd in class, only 0.5 sec from 1st. So my error cost me dearly!

Funny you should have wrong tested on the first two - I did exactly the same and as a result Alice beat me by two places!
Suppose I'll just have to concede I'm not as fast as I think I used to be.....
