R1 top end porting and polishing?

Is it worth doing this over the standard design? Does anyone have any experience with 'breathed on' heads for R1's? New cams at the same time?

I wouldn't bother both my early Blade and R1 are quite capable of getting me banned as standard, spend your money on getting it set up properly and decent tyres.
