Aftermarket ECU's for Yamaha R1's

Hello I am looking for aftermarket ECU's for my 2008 (and 2011) Yamaha other than power commander.
I may have to due some tuning above what power commander can offer.

Preferable with harness's to go straight onto the R1 loom.

Any advice would be great.

I ditched the Yamaha loom and made one up to run mine on Megasquirt.
You can use any after market ECU you like by doing it this way.

Thanks, I want to avoid making a new loom at the moment.

Does anyone have any experience with FT ECU (re-flashing software)?
