1300gt crossflow and gearbox

Can anyone advise me on the value of an engine and gearbox from a mk1 escort 1300e which i understand is what is used for the locost race series.
The engine has a twin choke weber and a burton rocker cover but has sat for a few years so would possibly need a freshen up.I had it running before removing it from the escort and it sounded fine apart from the tappets rattling.
The gearbox has an integral bellhousing and standard tail but has the gt ratios.
Any advise or offers are much appreciated.

£100 ish?

Thats what id pay for them!

Prob better off geeting a standard rocker over and selling the Burton seperatly too!

Hi

Where are you located. Plenty of the racers would be willing to buy it depending on location. But these locost racers are spread all over the UK .

Cheers Matt

Im in eastbourne sussex.
The ratios appear to match what i believe is a gt box.
1st - 3.337
2nd - 1.995
3rd - 1.418
4th - 1.0

Make sure it is a 711M block, if it is I would say £50 for the engine, then £40 for carb and manifold, and if a GT box then about £75.
