Chrysler / Talbot Avenger / Sunbeam gearbox weight

Does anyone the approximate weight of a Chrysler / Talbot Avenger / Sunbeam gearbox? I think they were all the same design and used an alloy case. The specific one I am using is from the Sunbeam 930cc (the one with the Imp derived engine).

Thought that I would ask on here because of the breadth and depth of knowledge.

Thanks

A very light gearbox perhaps only half the weight of a type 9 istr the one used with the 928 engine had wider ratios than 1250/1300 & 1500/1600 but were otherwise identical.
Input shaft is the same spline fitting as a type 9 and clutch pressure plate is the same part number as used on Mk2 Escorts

BT, many thanks for the helpful answer. I did not know that the different engine sizes had different ratios - but it makes sense. I think I have some spec sheets somewhere, so I will check.

If it is about half the weight of a Type 9, what is the weight of a Type 9? Many people on here should know the answer to that, as so many have been used in Locost builds.
