Mk1 Fiesta MC push fittings?

I have a non-servo Mk1 Fiesta brake master cylinder - based on recommendations on here.

I want to fit a remote reservoir - any ideas where I can get the necessary push-in fittings to go into the master cylinder inlet ports? The fitting looks like it would take the Sierra reservoir I have - which is like a hosetail fitting (with only 1 taper)...

Beetle or t2 transporter may be the same size, caterham use similar but smaller connectors on some cars.

I used the MK1 fiesta master cylinder, and my Sierra reservoir fitted straight on?
If you take the plastic bungs out the reservoir should just push back in place.
They look like plastic bungs at least!

I've just had another look at the picture, that is not the same as mine! Did that come for a NON servo car? The fixing holes on mine were virtually horizontal not vertical like yours?

I threaded the Sierra outlets,cut them out from the reservoir, then fitted standard tails.

Well it came from eBay about 3 years ago when someone was selling NOS master cylinders. I got mine off the back of a thread on here - but believe it is the right diameter to be an improvement on the Sierra M/C.

Ahh - my challenge is I want to reuse the Sierra reservoir too!

have you actually tried pushing the reservoir on once the bungs are removed obviously?

No - but i want to mount it remotely anyway - so it won't help me to do that

No problem - it was helpful to be honest as it made me think hard about whether I should be bothering to remote the res, and/or whether I should be remaking my pedal box to angle the M/C. In the end i've had confirmation that the part I linked to above is the right diameter, so I think i have a solution. Big thanks to Dave as I would never have thought to aim for 1970's VW parts in a million years!
