A mate of mine is stripping his damaged subaru so there is a low mileage engine box ECU etc basically everything you would need from a donor car

How about fitting it into a Morris Minor? Alec Issigonis designed it for a flat four boxer engine but boss of BMC and bean counters decieded on a current engine they had. Would make an amazing street sleeper.
