sorry, no idea
there are 2 sets of threaded holes(offset of each other) so I guess it fit two different pressure plates

if I had to guess - i'd say that translates as 'zetec flywheel to suit std. pinto clutch'

if anyone wants a old std. 2.0 pinto clutch just to see if it fits I've at least one you can have for nowt...
