Thanks for your kind comments.

Finally got round to add a little more info and some photos.

Mileage is 14500 but will increase, albeit slowly.
Types are Yokohama A539. Loads of tread on the front and I'd guess 3-4000 miles worth on the rears.
Cable operated paddle shift.

Has recently had a geometry check / adjust and corner weights by AdamR20, who posted above.

Any question, please ask.

Thanks for looking.

Nice !! Does it have any reverse?

cerbera - 15/8/15 at 01:39 PM

It doesn't, but I've never found that an issue.

andycountryboy - 20/8/15 at 11:22 AM

Very nice looking car.

Is it still for sale?

What's the interior space / legroom like in these compered with say a Haynes or a wide Westfield?

cerbera - 20/8/15 at 12:14 PM

Hi,
The Phoenix is still for sale.
It's on the smaller side of kits and all I can compare with is my previous car which was an MNR Vortx and its smaller than that.
The seat is fixed and as it is at the moment would suit someone at 5'8"ish. I could measure the seat width tonight if you're interested.

andycountryboy - 20/8/15 at 01:36 PM

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I've had a Haynes roadster which I fit in nicely (im 6'2"

and i've currently got a Westfield wide body which is a bit more snug. But I fancy a car with a bike engine.

Is there room to move the seat back a little?

Cheers, Andy

cerbera - 20/8/15 at 01:44 PM

The original builder wanted the seat back as far as he could, hence there's no room to move it further back. But because he did this he had to then move the pedals back also. I could measure how far he moved the pedals back to see if your 6'2" would fit, but to be honest I think you might struggle.

I'll have a measure tonight of the seat width and the pedals and let you know.

andycountryboy - 20/8/15 at 01:48 PM

Thanks, I'd appreciate that

If it's a similar size to a Fury (looks similar) then depending on what seats you have in it and where the pedals are I'm sure you'd get yourself installed in it - I'm 6'2" and fitted nicely in my Fury.

That looks a cracking car too!

cerbera - 20/8/15 at 04:44 PM

The fibreglass seat is 13.5" wide and there's no room to fit a wider seat in.
If the pedals were moved back to the original mounting point we would gain an extra 5".

I'll U2U my contact number in case you wish to discuss further although I'll be out in the kit this evening given it's sunny!

Cheers

The Phoenix is a Striker with clothes on. It is actually narrower than a Fury by an inch or so in the drivers seat. You should be able to get someone of 6ft plus if the pedals are moved.

Sold to a nice chap from Italy

AdamR20 - 2/9/15 at 11:11 AM

Nice one

Will we see you out and about soon in something else Nick?

cerbera - 2/9/15 at 11:16 AM

Cheers Adam.
Plans are to get something that the misses will join me in, so will be of a mainstream variety.

AdamR20 - 2/9/15 at 11:49 AM

Fair play - as long as the roof can come down I'll let you off

jeffw - 2/9/15 at 12:31 PM

Well done
