Sierra 3.62 LSD 7" diff, bolt on type drive shafts

Got a few of these, all in good working order, just give them a clean and a paint and they can go straight in the car.

£200

Hi Austen,

A friend of mine is interested, and has asked if you could arrange a courier, or if its collection only? It would be to Doncaster, south yorkshire.

MK9R - 9/3/16 at 06:03 AM

Courier not a problem, will be £15

I do have a couple of 7.5 " too but will need to know quickly on them as I have a buyer for these (obviously LCB get priority)

Sorry they are being picked up tomorrow afternoon. I will still have 7" available so just gotta hope yours is a 7. What chassis is it.

ash_hammond - 9/3/16 at 01:02 PM

I know mine is a 3.62 with push in shafts if that helps us narrow it down?

ash_hammond - 9/3/16 at 01:16 PM

PM sent.

Hi.

Just been told the MAC#1 chassis by default takes a 7" diff.

I never specificity a diff size so I'm 90% certain mines a 7". My dad is going to measure it for me later on so i can be very certain.

So can I please have my name on a 7"? I'm going to assume if it does turn out to me a 7.5 there are non left, but i should be certain later on this evening.

Cheers.
Ash

Was just about to phone you!! Make sure he measures acroos the top mounts not the bottom.

I've put you down for 1. Let me know when it's checked and I will send you bank details etc

ash_hammond - 9/3/16 at 05:04 PM

Drop us a line if its easier. Always good to talk.

ash_hammond - 9/3/16 at 05:05 PM

Yep... this is how i was going to measure.

MK9R - 9/3/16 at 05:07 PM

Bang on. You can tell by the casting on the back plate too, but we won't go into that

MK9R - 9/3/16 at 08:30 PM

You need 100mm bolt on flanges for these

MK9R - 12/3/16 at 12:28 AM

I've still got a few left

MK9R - 14/3/16 at 03:47 PM

still a few left.

i do have a 3.38 crown wheel and pinion aswell, but can only supply this as a fully recon unit as will have to be built up into a casing. could be supplied as LSD or open

wacomuk - 24/3/16 at 01:45 PM

do you have any drive shafts to go with a diff?

MK9R - 24/3/16 at 01:48 PM

sorry no

MK9R - 24/3/16 at 01:49 PM

some info on mixing and matching driveshafts

If the drive shafts are 25 spline versions ie non cossie the tripod (non lsd) CV joint can be take off the shaft and replaced with a lobro CV joint (lsd).

wacomuk - 24/3/16 at 01:54 PM

I have the push in shafts now on a open diff in my reliant Sabre I need a set of lobro shafts to convert it

MK9R - 27/3/16 at 07:38 PM

Bump it up

Dudefladge - 29/3/16 at 10:04 AM
