1969 Ford Lotus Escort RARE! on eBay (end time 24-Jan-11 08:09:16 GMT)

I would love to have this in my lottery win garage

The front wings don't look right on it. We fetched a 1300 Sport shell for my mate and it had the more flared front arches.

No pics of the engine bay either!

All looks good to me!

Nit picking, but, the cam covers should be alloy finish not black IIRC.

The air filter is definately wrong, should have what looks like an exhaust back box running diagonally across the cam covers.

Its a nice clean car and very difficult/costly to get to that standard, but for £65K the passenger door isn't a very good fit either.

and they suggest historic rallying! youd have to be well minted to do it in that
