can anyone send me a pattern for making rear arch stone guards similar to the caterham ones,im currently working with a stainless fabricating company and could make some up with scrap material.

That's the way, cardboard and scissors to make a pattern.

I have a pair of (as yet) unused stone-guards. Could make you a card template/copy, if this would be of use?
