I want to bush on some paint onto the inside of my panels to give them a bit of protection but not sure what to use. Any ideas?

Fibreglass needs some sort of etch primer, but then just about whatever you like will be fine.
For areas subject to stone damage, I would be looking at a stonechip paint, or if feeling extravagant truck bed liner paint (Upol Raptor etc)
Synthetic truck/agricultural paint is pretty good stuff, bit flexible etc and easy to use. Plenty of colours too, or also sold as chassis black.

Probably similar to underseal? But etch primer should help it stick.
I used exterior water based black masonry paint.
It's meant to let the masonry breath, and it been on for around 5 years, with just the odd touch up.
Car builders solutions sell stuff made for the job . Personally I would use stone chip

Which is please?
Rustoleum do an adhesion primer which you can then topcoat with any of their colours. We used it on jeep that lives outside and it’s still good after x6 or 7 years
