does anyone know of anywhere that would do a paint job or stickers (if possible) anything like these ?
in norfolk if possible .

stickers would be relatively difficult because of the compund curve (going in two different directions for sticky vinyl is quite tough), but if you still want to give it a go - or speak to someone who does it for a living, you could give this guy a try

Search for a place that does vehicle wrapping. They can do that no problems. 3m make a stretchy film just for that application. It would be a digital print onto the film then lay up by expert.
A whole van costs around 800 pounds so sit down when they tell you the price.

If you start with white paint (or gel coat) you should be able to apply 7-10 year vinyl quite easily - ask your local sign shop.

Paint would look better though, aspecially with a really deep laquer finish.
