cartec one arrived today went out 5 min job all works great if anyone is at this stage I would recommend the cartec unit over the cbs unit but that's just my opinion

Has the manual been updated or an official release been made?
Not saying it hasnt been ruled out, I suspected it would be removed when it was first discussed here last year, but if the change is only in the
pipeline, advising people not to bother could be problamatic if a perdantic tester is still applying it until its 'offically removed' from
the manual.
as far as know its still required unless anyone knows different ??

The 4 test stations I have dealings with through work have all been emailed to say the rule is non enforcable. Doubt it has made it to the manual yet.
