I would suggest asking CBS as they are the seller, it says they have a flat beam which is fine for IVA providing it is genuinely flat & doesn't have any kickup to the right (an issue which comes up with Dominators from time to time). However, have you noticed that it has a 35/35W bulb, which should be about as bright as a glow worm, so although they may pass IVA, I doubt you'd ever see anything with them!

I think you'd have to somehow cover the screw etc at the bottom of the lens rim, can't imagine the IVA man been happy with those sharp bits. I'd say no for the IVA tbh

I think some sort of nut cover etc would fit or be made to fit those lower screws, it was more the beam pattern that I was as concerned about Iva

But thanks for the input

Mine failed IVA with 5 inch lamps as the viewing angles were not acheives. I had to change them to 7 inch ones to pass.

You have to be able to see the lamps from low level on the opposite side of the car. Which 5 inch ones the nose cone covers part of the headlamp.

Mine passed with 5 inch lamps - I did spend some time with the manual checking all the look angles for all the lights and everything checked out fine. I guess there may be some differences with some car headlamp mounting points, mine is a Haynes with as book dimensions

If you can't meet the sighting angles surely it would be easier to just fit some temporary spacers to lift the light?

Never seen 35w/35 bulbs before,as above if that is correct you won't see much in the dark!

I thought about spacers, but because my panther has a high bonnet line I decided the 5 inch ones looked out of proportion, I fitted the 7 inch ones and they look much better. They are still on
