Three Sisters
Fandango - 12/7/18 at 08:03 PM

Hi all.

I have seen some reasonable looking prices for trackdays at 3 sisters.

Would welcome any opinions on the track, suitability for kitcar etc. My car is usual story here, very low top speed, but fully sorted chassis.

Cheers Carl

Pretty sure they don't run track days like your traditional type,as it's a very narrow track as it's mainly a karting track.
I think they let you out at set intervals and you only do a set amount of laps at a time, then come in and another group goes out, hence why they are cheap compared to a proper trackday

It is a small track, always wondered how they run supercar experiences on it. Always fancied giving it a go in a tin-top.

Have done a couple of sprints at three sisters and it can be quite challenging in places.

As has been said it isn't the widest track but would suit a kit cat

Hi

Good fun track, recently resurfaced too so the grips ace, but as above it's small so it's small groups for a few laps at a time, good practice for sprints there though!

Noticing your location can I suggest you have a look at the Loton Park (Alberbury near Shrewsbury) driving schools - if you're looking for competitive track action?

If it's only trackdays then I personally wouldn't travel past Oulton Park to get to 3 sisters.. Oulton is simply magnificent..

Cheers all.

Yes, been to Oulton Park many times, just looking for a bit of a change.

Hi

Done Pembrey?
Really good track, especially in a seven, not too far either.

Yes, should look at Pembrey.

I did it quite a few years back in the old MR2, had a great day.
