Clever way of avoiding ebay charges, or a bit sneeky?

For those of you who can't access ebay it says
"BUY IT NOW 99p.

ADDITIONAL £119.01p TO PAY ON COLLECTION, TOTAL £120.00"

A bit sneeky I suppose but one up on Ebay. I'd guess he'll be getting a lot of people buying then bartering when they try and collect though.

Very cheeky. Ill be surprised if it lasts the auction before its pulled.

Good way of avoiding the crap fee's though.
