Anyone recognise make and mode of these CCTV cameras. Looking to find spec., in particular lens viewing angle.

Too many brands and unbranded eastern electronic companies out there to be identified from a pic i suspect. Get ur ladder out!

Look like they are a qvis and a qvis ripoff, the qvis come 3.6 fixed or 2.8 to 12mm varifocal the one on the right looks like qvis the one on the left looks like a rip off the bezel is square at the bottom. They also come in 1000 TV line, AHD, or TVI versions the TVI is the dogs at 2.4 megapixel a close second to ip but a lot lot less bucks and in 2 sizes 24 ir's or 36 irs.
Mounting it under a downspouts not good installation practise.

Could be anything, that's a standard layout for many manufactures.
