MX5 (Miata) MK3 5 speed gearbox should bolt straight up to the Duratec.

Plrnty of discussion on turbosport on this, by miata are you thinking mk1 and 2 mx5 as the mk3 has a version of the duratec anywayand so thevlater gearbixes fit without mods but iirc are larger and at a slight angle.

Mk1&2 1.6 or 1.8 Mazda BP engine based car not the later MZR based nc (or mk 3).
