as above , does anyone know for certain if an oem ST170 exhaust manifold is stainless or just mild steel ?

I've attached a pic of one i have cut (trying to fit to the avon), at face value i'd say not (surface rust), but i did cut it a while back and there is no rust on the exposed areas, could it be a low grade?

It is magnetic, guess I could leave outside and see what happens.

Judging by the rusty state of mine, no they're not stainless
