Vinyl wrap advice

Has anyone had any Vinyl wrap experience? I am looking to wrap motorcycle body panels and need to find a decent manufacture of gloss wrap. Theres loads on ebay but has anyone used any?

Cheers

I did my bike some time ago, it was certainly entertaining!

If I go for another wrapping project I would use these guys;

They have quite a variety of vinyl for good prices. The KPMF vinyl seems to get decent reviews.

When I did my bike I bought 5 metres of 1.2m wide vinyl, (I was going for a matt white). I reckon I've still got two metres left, and that included a couple of retries!!

I tried a bike fuel tank from a zzr1100 I bought. Using 3m wrap.

Never again will I try something the shape of a balloon.

Even the fenders are a nightmare.

Run for the hills it's so hard to do.

Good luck though

Yep, the fuel tank was the biggest challenge for me too. I ended up doing it in two halves, with a join down the centre of the tank. Fortunately with the filler cap and a tank protector that meant only about four inches of join was actually visible.

Definitely a wise move, there are too many stray and homeless motorbikes already.
