N.East rolling road

Any N/E bods want a power run on MacDonalds rollers? There are eight Westfields booked in this Saturday, and room for a few more. It's £30 for a run. Macdonald racing is located near Lanchester, website is HERE

We usually get a guided tour of the workshops afterwards, there's some rare old machinery on view. Lagondas, Alvis's etc.

I wish I'd had a bit more notice as my car is in need of run on the rollers! It should be making over 200bhp but it would be nice to know for sure!

We have, so far....

Eight Westfields
One MK
and a BMW diesel

I'm guessing the Beemer will be the "winner"

Well, a funny old day... Snow on the tops as we drove through Tow Law! Not a bad turn out, 4 Westys, 1 MK, and a Tiger. Plus Beemer and an MX5. Unfortunately, the rollers broke down after only four cars got their runs. Apologies to Kev with the Tiger, as I said when we get another sorted out, I'll give you a shout.

A few pics....

And a hastily put together video HERE

We'll get another one sorted. There were a few cars didn't show due to "starting problems". Either that or the snow!
