Hope a decent manufacturer buys this
May be old news, but would make a very nice project if a good builder picks it up.

I was about to ask that, but realized that it's not the entire project that's for sale, it's an individual car.
The Hyabusa transaxle is prob just a chain drive diff and engine cradle.

The Hayabusa transaxle
Quaife do one for the Hayabusa with a reverse built in but it's not cheap.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Has been won by a locostbuilders member.
And got a bargain I reckon.

tadltd (Turner automotive design)
Steve Turner got it for £510, if he can't do something with it nobody can. He'll probably put his ZX12 engine in it or cut the roof off to
fit on his track car . See here.

Glad I didn't bid against you then. Having already built a BEC middy I would probably just put dummy bones and slave wheels on it and dragged it
up the road to Newark show to make a quick profit.
Congratulations on your new purchase.

Just picked it up (700 mile round trip!) - looks very impressive. I'll do a detailed inspection in the morning, but I was relieved to learn that
it takes standard Lotus Elise parts (windows, etc.)
Watch this space...
Best Regards,
Steve.
