Westfield Steering column?
Which steering column do Westfield use?
Cheers
Chris
Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Yeah, looks like that plate is welded on for attachment.
I haven't seen a Mk2 Escort column for years!

Hi
The later cars where Escort. The earlier cars where Allegro. Although i must admit i do not know at what date they swapped during production.

I think it's the other way round, early cars used MK2 Escort, later ones Allegro. Mine is 1999, Allegro.
Of course, now there's Sierra SDV and MX5 SDV to complicate things..

Hi Andy.
Your quite right. That will teach me to read properly before posting. I know what i meant .
The good thing is when the top bush wears out on the Allegro item the bushes are still available through what is left of the rover dealers Etc.
