has any 1 had a go at building a nose cone from scratch! if so is is easy 2 do?

was thinkin of buildin my own too was thinkin of tryin one in the style of the old shark nose ferrai f1cars

Me no say how much I swear

Not worth the effort these days, due to everyone and their auntie selling the blighters. When I first did it, I had no option. Ended up spending about 90 quid on 'glassing materials, plaster of paris, foam, polystyrene, brushes etc..

Mind you though, if you're making modifications to your chassis, and you can't get one to fit, it isn't hard to get to grips with, and it's fun, if a little messy (but aren't all the good things in life?).

Modifying an existing 'cone is not too hard either.
