Custom Exhaust

Hi, I am looking at putting my Zetec into a caterham SV but it seems there are no standard exhausts for this setup.

Can anyone either tell me if the westfield Zetec exhaust fits in a caterham SV or anyone recommend a custom exhaust builder around gloucestershire...or nearish?

Also does anyone know is crossflow engine mounts fit a zetec?
Cheers

No idea about the exhausts, but I'm fairly sure the Zetec E we have is on different mounts to the Crossflow

We have a crossflow mounted with Westfield Zetec mounts, but to get the engine height right, we have had to raise them up 25mm by fitting spacers between the mounts and the chassis. Otherwise angles and mounting holes are the same.

Dave at Powerspeed Auto is very helpful and won't rip you off. He does a lot of exhausts for other kit companies.

Have you tried a company called Raceline, they specialise in Caterham Zetec Transplants.

I am doing the same for my Caterham S3 and have ordered zetec engine mounts that allow the engine to sit at the same height as the previous crossflow. They do a zetec exhaust system but am wondering whether it will fit a SV. It is probably worth giving them a ring.

Dave Tyler in Wootton Bassett did mine tel: 01793849430.
Does lots for the classic racing fraternity, only mild steel but has patterns for everything - bits of wire hung from his workshop ceiling.
He's very busy in the early part of the year so prob. worth contacting now.
Cheers, Pewe

Cheers guys, thanks for all the info.

I have previously contacted raceline as i have had bits from them before but they don't have any off the shelf parts for an SV.

Thanks for the mounts and exhaust info, time to start ringing around.
