Anyone come to work in their 7 today?

I dusted my MK off today seen as though its sunny and I finish at 12:00

I forgot how blummin quick this thing is (07 ZX10R) and with a rusty driver, cold R888's and a damp road it was an entertaining drive in

I had a a bit of a spar with a Z4M on the way in to Manchester who gave me a thumbs up as we parted

Apart from stalling it in the middle of Picaddily gardens cant wait for the drive home

Paul

I work from home, the cars here, does that count???

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

You're in Knutsford and it's sunny? I'm in Chester and it's grey with complete cloud cover.

You must have your own micro climate over there.

I was really tempted, but as I'm heading into town as soon as I finish work, I don't fancy parking it up in a multi storey while I shop!

I'm off to work on my car all afternoon, which is close, but no where near as much fun.

Still, give me 3 months and I'll be joining you boys on the road

when I did this in the falcon or when going to the cinema I would chain it to the railings with a large motor bike chain and take the rotor out the distributor.

I'm at work in the 7 but have just bought a Hayabusa (1995, 4000 miles and utterly fab) which was delivered yesterday. Haven't been out on it yet but I'm off this afternoon and I can hear it calling me from the garage........

Happy Christmas all

Gary

Cheers

Mine's still hibernating in the garage with loose Lobro bolts!!! I hope to have a blat before the end of the year though!!! I would drive the 7 to work but my workplace is a 3 minute walk from my house and my garage is a 4 minute walk in the opposite direction

Why not, I do! Although you do get a few odd looks driving around inside with a helmet on. I just put my steering lock on and disconnect the fuel pump. I've forgotten to put it back on before, and there's just enough fuel to get the car to the entrance, so it won;t be going anywhere without me. Well, hopefully!
