Fair Exchange

My brother painted my Rush at the end of 2008 with chav green/purle flip paint.

And in exchange I've made him two twin Power LED bicycle lamp units.

nice - far better than mine which are made from bit of copper pipe; still not completed them as need to make a clear lens to seal the front and a rear panel for the switch.

If I had CNC I would do similar - they certainly get hot - my 5 W LEDs get the tube up to 50 degress!

What are the lens/lamp modules you are using BTW?

CNC was on a Warco minor Mill/Drill using TurboCnc
Link and some old stepper motors. The locost CNC system.

Led's were from Farnell
I think simular to this part number (1440715).
Not sure of the exact number as I did not get them.
Lense from Farnell (1380861)

LED
Lense

If I make them for just a £1 an hour they woluld be £250 each

As for heat, they are solder to a copper strip U shape.
Hopefully it will work ok.
