3.14 Diff to LSD

Is it possible to convert my 3.14 diff to LSD?
If so what do I need to buy?

Cheers Guys

yes

and you would need either an aftermarket one like quaife etc

or a 7" ford LSD with any ratio (probably from a 4x4 sierra / cossie)
this would mean using bolt on CV's (at least at the diff end)

+ seals (and bearings) to rebuild the diff(s)

Ok, so I can use the ratio and put it into a 3.62lsd diff

Also if you've got a bit more to spend and want even more grip then check out my Quaife ATB group buy, look in the "Bargains Elsewhere" forum or do a search on my username (too tired to post a link...)

I had a 3.14 open diff & put an ATB into it - relatively easy job, the setup stays right if you don't move the propshaft pinion - you only have to adjust the backlash & preload using the castellated adjusters.
