Aircraft fuel return bung

A few months ago a link was posted to a site selling bits for small aircraft which sold a fitting to connect a line to a tank without having access to the interior of the tank. I've tried searching the forum, but I can't find the right phrase to find it. Anyone know what I'm on about?

Aircraft Spruce and Specialty in the USA have anything you need, good people, they cater to the homebuilt aircraft crowd. Prices arn't that bad either.
