quite high, think they recommend about a 10A fuse. .....

i use these type of pumps on transport refrigeration units to pump diesel, they usually have a fuse rated at 5 amps. ATB Mart

5A-10A is quite high!
thats alright though. bought some cable for my lights today, rated at 16.5A, so i can use that
