First legal road drive not impressed
took it out today for the 1st road drive since sva, boy am I not impressed, I set it to toe out and changed camber for sva...desperately needs toe in
and 1 deg camber (back to trackday settings) damned thing was going light on the front end at 98. throttle pedal angle needs altering OK for trackdays
but not enough control over it for junctions, glorious sunshine on the M53 then almost got home and it started snowing, that stuff might be soft when
you're standing still but at 60 it hurts,

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

your car is never going to be perfect on the first run out you need to get the car set up properly or do it yourself by trial and error, my wheels
squeeled like a pig on full lock when i first took it out!

mine was worse than a rollerskate when i first took it out but now its transformed. Toe out made it feel horrible, the most difference came from
giving it a little toe in.

Check your ride height if the front end is going light.
Mine was going light at 60 until I dropped the front end.
It made a big difference

Yep - back end should be a tad higher than the front (0.5", or 10 - 15mm difference) - if it's the other way around, you can experience
exactly what you describe.
Toe-out makes my car scary...

Think of it like this- passing SVA is like passing your driving test. It means you're just about good enough to be on the road but you're
still shite. It's after the driving test that you learn how to drive.
Ditto SVA. Your car's going to be pants to begin with. The first few K miles are for ironing out any issues and getting the tracking sorted...
IMHO it's part of the fun of owning a Seven. Learning what "car craft" IE driving. Learning what differences camber, toe-in / out,
tyre pressures etc makes.
If you want to get in a car that's ready to rock as it is and flatters poor drivers buy something like an Audi R8 or a Porker If you want
something that's testement to driver skill and his / her ability to fine tune an individual car stick with a LSIS....

Thanks BenB
car handled great over 3 years of trackdays, but I changed all the settings to get the self centering for SVA have changed them back since but
wasn't at all happy, but you've just reminded me of one thing I didn't put back. normaly run 18 psi for trackdays but pumped them up
to 35 for sva.
thanks I think you've just solved the problem
