mk indy blade starting

fitted an itg filter and put one of them alloy inline filters on(lifetime)and it will start with throttle but when ya switch off and leave it wont start unless ya put throttle on,anyone have any ideas,was working fine before work.Do the carbs need adjusting for the itg.help

May need a re-jet, but, have you the filter the right way around ?

Is there an arrow on it ?

there isn't an arrow so i put it the way i thought it should go,might put the old plastic one back on and see what happens

Mine did that every now and again.

I put it down to Petrol evaporation in a warm engine etc.

Be really carefull you don't end up flooding it. Blades are a PITA to start if flooded...
