Minus 2inches?
(I'm going 1.5 - 1.75 inches wider at the front on my next car)

the same or slightly wider at the back i think? or maybe bigger on the front looking at the tech specs for my car (i never measured. mine is supposed
to be 15mm bigger up front)
why are they bigger on the front?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I'd have thought equal was best.
Only reason I can think of for wider front is so when you plant the front perfectly on the apex the rear is guaranteed to clear the kerb.

I was pretty sure most sports cars have wider rear than front.
Even our donor cars are 1" or so wider rear than front.
The only car I *know* of with wider front is Mclaren F1. And that may be different being mid-engine.
I'm sure there are plenty of others though!
Cheers,
James

Hi
Surprising how many of the better handling kit car companies use or offer wide front track conversions. Mind it's not just as simple as having
the track wider. It's how you control the weight transfer.
